Zak Stone, Owner

Zak has been in construction for over 20 years. Starting out with trim carpentry right after high school, he learned how to build a house from the foundation up. Zak went to school for construction and engineering and is a licensed professional engineer registered in the State of Colorado.

Rachel Landreth, Business Manager

A Colorado native, Rachel has 10 years of experience in business management . She leads the team in administrative and marketing services. Throughout her career she has gained extensive knowledge in managing various aspects of business including project management and client relations. 

Jerry Delk, Carpenter

 With four years of hands-on experience in the carpentry field, Jerry is a skilled craftsman known for his precision and attention to detail. Whether working with wood, metal, or composite materials, he takes pride in delivering high-quality, custom projects that stand the test of time. Jerry’s expertise spans a wide range of carpentry work, including cabinetry, framing, trim, flooring, and custom work. He approaches every task with a meticulous mindset, ensuring that each cut, joint, and finish is executed flawlessly. His strong work ethic, paired with a passion for craftsmanship, makes him a trusted professional who always strives for excellence in every project he undertakes.

Dave Winn, Carpenter

With four years of experience in the carpentry trade, Dave is a versatile and skilled craftsman who has worked on a wide array of projects. From framing and structural work to custom cabinetry, flooring, and trim, Dave’s expertise spans both residential and commercial carpentry. His ability to adapt to different tasks and tackle new challenges has made him proficient in a variety of techniques and materials, always ensuring quality and durability in his work. Known for his strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Dave approaches each project with a keen eye for precision and craftsmanship.
